TrueNorth Commercial is a boutique recruitment firm specialising in international commercial search.
We support international FinTech, Payments and B2B SaaS companies as they build and scale commercial teams across the Benelux and Nordics. Our focus is on permanent sales and business development roles in environments where execution, ownership and international experience matter.
We work with a limited number of clients at a time, prioritising clarity, discretion and long-term alignment over volume-driven recruitment.

TrueNorth Commercial was founded by Tony Helstone.
With a background in international recruitment and commercial search, Tony has supported a wide range of organisations in strengthening their sales and business development capabilities across the European market.
