About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead and accelerate commercial growth for an international Payments organization across Northern Europe.
This role combines strategy, leadership and direct commercial impact.

Define and execute the commercial roadmap
Lead sales and business development teams
Build and manage strategic partnerships
Lead negotiations on high-value contracts
Report into the international leadership team
Who are you?
Senior commercial experience within Payments or FinTech
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience operating across international markets
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
Fluent in English
